Independent, Senior Involvement
Engagements are led directly by me as Principal Engineer. I operate independently of contractors and vendors, and I do not delegate core judgment. This independence is why boards, executives, and homeowners rely on my work in disputes, negotiations, and high-exposure decisions. Specialist support is engaged only where required and always under my direction.
