I've spent over 14 years on the owner's side of complex facilities, industrial systems and capital programs, including national landmark infrastructure. I retained and managed the engineers and contractors, so I know what a reasonable owner does and where projects go wrong.
Independent, Senior Involvement
I lead every engagement myself and bring in specialists only when a file needs one. I have no ties to builders, contractors or vendors, so you get an independent view. Before a mediation, I review every disputed item on file to maximize the chance of a successful resolution.
