Past Projects
RC-477 Furnace Installation
​
Led the end-to-end delivery of a $6M, 180-foot industrial furnace installation for a Japanese manufacturing company. Managed all project activities without any impact to operations. Completed the project on time and under budget.
Chiller System Modernization
​
Led the full modernization of a process cooling system in a high-volume manufacturing facility, resolving chronic summer failures. This included heat exchanger restoration, cooling tower refurbishment, and chiller plant expansion.
Electrical Modernization
​
Led a $2.3M critical electrical system upgrade in one of the country’s tallest and most operationally sensitive buildings. The work involved shutting down life safety systems, national broadcast infrastructure, and emergency communications.
Automotive Facility Shutdown Coordination
​
Planned and led a full-scale two-week shutdown at a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility aligned with Toyota, Honda, and Ford production schedules. Managed all project work, maintenance, and capital upgrades across all departments.
